What To Expect

During your in-home sessions, we will work together to remove clutter and simplify your space. As we work, I will share best practices to help you avoid adding clutter again in the future. The amount of time I spend assisting you in your home is flexible. I can be hands-on from start to finish or get you started and jump back in for additional sessions when needed. Each session includes decluttering and all the small jobs that are created because of it. To start, I will review photos of your home during a free 30-minute phone consultation so I can develop a plan specific to you and your needs.

The price you pay covers your dedicated time with a decluttering expert and all the essential follow-up work needed during off-site processing. We handle the prep and logistics for the items you decide to remove, ensuring they get exactly where they need to go with zero hassle for you.

All-Inclusive Off-Site Processing

We eliminate the post-session “decision fatigue” by expertly managing the entire removal process.

  • Donation & Resale Fulfillment: We sort, bag, label, and deliver all items marked for donation or sale (up to one carload per session).
  • Consignment Management & Payout Tracking: We monitor the progress of the items we drop off at the consignment store(s) and inform you of your payout once the contracts are complete!
  • Responsible Recycling Logistics: We ensure proper preparation and coordinated removal of specialized recycling (such as e-waste or scrap metal) so it can be disposed of safely and responsibly.

When you are managing a property due to a major life transition—such as handling an estate, preparing a home for sale after a passing, or managing a move to assisted living—the process is often overwhelming, short on time, and complicated by distance.

How Our Large Project Service Works

  1. The Walk-Through (Free Consultation): We begin with an on-site walk-through of the property. We listen to your goals and assess the entire scope of the project.
  2. The Transparent Proposal: Following the walk-through, you will receive an all-inclusive quote detailing the estimated cost and time required to completely empty the house.
  3. Flexible Execution: We can handle the entire project from start to finish, or we can work with you in specific areas as you need us. Our goal is to work on your timeline and remove the burden of logistics and sorting.

Secure disposal of sensitive documents.

Proper, eco-friendly disposal of old computers, phones, and other e-waste.

We arrange the rental and logistics of a dumpster for your larger project needs.

Post-Session Services

🧺 Sorting for Resale/Consignment

Additional sorting and preparation of items you plan to sell that weren’t gathered during our session.

🚚 Follow-up Item Pickups

A second trip to collect items that were ready for removal but exceeded the vehicle capacity.

🚪 Out-the-Door Service

For items you declutter on your own. We pick up your pre-sorted boxes and bags, then handle all the final logistics: sorting and delivery to the appropriate donation centers, consignment shops, or recyclers.
